{"id":6686,"date":"2025-12-08T13:45:42","date_gmt":"2025-12-08T13:45:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/malgorzatasaadani.com\/?p=6686"},"modified":"2025-12-08T13:45:43","modified_gmt":"2025-12-08T13:45:43","slug":"la-prevention-du-harcelement-au-travail","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/malgorzatasaadani.com\/fr\/la-prevention-du-harcelement-au-travail\/","title":{"rendered":"La pr\u00e9vention du harc\u00e8lement au travail"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il existe des formations sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es qui sont destin\u00e9es aussi bien aux particuliers qu\u2019aux professionnels : les cadres RH, les dirigeants de soci\u00e9t\u00e9s, les associations, etc. Lors de ces s\u00e9minaires, ils apprennent tout d\u2019abord \u00e0<strong> identifier <\/strong>le harc\u00e8lement ou le mobbing selon les <strong>45 crit\u00e8res<\/strong> faisant r\u00e9f\u00e9rence dans la jurisprudence qui s\u2019appuie sur les travaux scientifiques de Heinz Leymann, et classifi\u00e9s selon 5 principaux groupes d\u2019atteinte:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">la communication,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">les contacts sociaux,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">la r\u00e9putation,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">la situation professionnelle,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">la sant\u00e9,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">les biens mat\u00e9riels.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durant ces formations, les participants apprennent en outre, comment et \u00e0 quel moment on peut pr\u00e9venir le harc\u00e8lement ou sortir de son cercle vicieux, en mettant en place les <strong>strat\u00e9gies personnelles<\/strong> (le d\u00e9veloppement de l\u2019assertivit\u00e9 et de l\u2019intelligence \u00e9motionnelle, la bonne communication, les relations \u00e9quilibr\u00e9es et les recours l\u00e9gaux possibles) ou<strong> institutionnelles<\/strong> (la charte anti-mobbing de l\u2019entreprise, la communication interne et la diffusion de l\u2019information).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tous ces sujets sont, bien s\u00fbr, trait\u00e9s et illustr\u00e9s par les \u00e9tudes des cas r\u00e9els. Ces formations ne sont pas adress\u00e9es particuli\u00e8rement aux femmes, mais plut\u00f4t \u00e0 tous les acteurs de la vie sociale de l\u2019entreprise, eu \u00e9gard \u00e0 leur fonction dans l\u2019organisation. Dans la conscience collective, il y a un clich\u00e9 qui associe la femme au statut de victime du harc\u00e8lement sexuel, mais ce raccourci \u00abgenre\u00bb est tr\u00e8s r\u00e9ducteur. Les hommes peuvent \u00e9galement se retrouver dans la situation du harc\u00e8lement, aussi bien sexuel que moral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il y a bien s\u00fbr des entreprises qui demandent ces formations. Toutefois, nous sommes encore loin de certains pays o\u00f9 les entreprises prennent des initiatives pour agir en amont et <strong>pr\u00e9venir <\/strong>le harc\u00e8lement. Dans ces pays, il existe p.ex. des lois qui imposent la mise en place d\u2019une politique anti-harc\u00e8lement au sein des \u00e9tablissements de l\u2019administration publique. Ceci implique \u00e9galement la cr\u00e9ation de proc\u00e9dures sp\u00e9cifiques et le monitoring permettant d\u2019identifier les situations \u00e0 risque, d\u2019<strong>agir<\/strong> imm\u00e9diatement, liquider les d\u00e9g\u00e2ts et en tirer les <strong>conclusions<\/strong> dans l\u2019avenir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les victimes peuvent s\u2019adresser de leur propre initiative aux m\u00e9decins de travail, aux psychologues, psychiatres et coachs dans le priv\u00e9, afin de mieux faire face et se reconstruire. Le choix du professionnel sera alors d\u00e9termin\u00e9 par l\u2019\u00e9tat de sant\u00e9 de la victime et sa pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence personnelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mis \u00e0 part le travail sur soi et de l\u2019apprentissage de ses droits, j\u2019encourage toute personne qui se sent menac\u00e9e \u00e0 en parler \u00e0 une personne de confiance ou \u00e0 un professionnel qui pourra l\u2019aider \u00e0 mieux \u00e9valuer la situation et passer le cap. Le harc\u00e8lement peut toucher tout individu vivant en soci\u00e9t\u00e9, quel que soit son profil socioprofessionnel.
