Ressenti \u00e0 forte dose, le stress provoque la perte de contr\u00f4le de soi, de ses moyens ou du sens de l\u2019initiative pour agir sur l&#8217;environnement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Le stress est une r\u00e9ponse, \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur de l\u2019individu, au niveau <strong>nerveux<\/strong> et au niveau <strong>physiologique<\/strong>, qui est souvent initialis\u00e9e par une situation ext\u00e9rieure ou int\u00e9rieure qu\u2019une personne doit vivre et qu\u2019elle a du mal \u00e0 <strong>contr\u00f4ler<\/strong>. Plus nous aimons avoir le contr\u00f4le, plus la diminution de ce contr\u00f4le va nous d\u00e9ranger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il existe essentiellement deux formes de stress: le stress <strong>constructif<\/strong> et le stress <strong>destructif<\/strong>. On consid\u00e8re qu\u2019il y a un stress positif \u00e0 partir du moment o\u00f9 il am\u00e8ne \u00e0 l\u2019action et qui est juste une forme de stimulus, et un stress n\u00e9gatif \u00e0 partir du moment o\u00f9 celui-ci am\u00e8ne \u00e0 une inhibition de l\u2019action et \u00e0 toute une panoplie des sympt\u00f4mes physiques nocifs \u00e0 la sant\u00e9, sans produire d\u2019effet d\u2019un coup d\u2019adr\u00e9naline b\u00e9n\u00e9fique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>En observant les gens soumis au stress, nous pouvons constater diff\u00e9rents <strong>sympt\u00f4mes<\/strong>, de la l\u00e9g\u00e8re tension quand le stress est encore g\u00e9rable \u00e0 des tensions physiologiques, musculaires plus exacerb\u00e9es. Cela peut \u00eatre aussi un d\u00e9sordre dans la pens\u00e9e, dans l\u2019organisation des id\u00e9es. Physiquement cela peut aller jusqu\u2019\u00e0 des tremblements, des douleurs abdominales, des complications de respiration, des vomissements et jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9vanouissement qui est une forme extr\u00eame que notre corps utilise pour sortir de la situation de stress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Dans la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 physiologique, ces manifestations du stress peuvent atteindre des degr\u00e9s divers selon les situations, selon la r\u00e9sistance individuelle et aussi selon la dur\u00e9e. Mentalement, cela peut provoquer des troubles d\u2019organisation de la pens\u00e9e, d\u2019organisation des objectifs, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 m\u00eame ne plus savoir ce qu\u2019on veut faire, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ne plus pouvoir acc\u00e9der \u00e0 des savoirs, \u00e0 des connaissances ou \u00e0 des savoir-faire. On peut dire qu\u2019\u00e0 ce stade, le stress coupe la personne de ses ressources, pourtant existantes et souvent n\u00e9cessaires pour s\u2019en sortir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Donc, le stress est un g\u00e9n\u00e9rateur de troubles de la conscience de soi, mentaux ou physiologiques et un indicateur important chez une personne lui signalant qu\u2019elle doit chercher ce qu\u2019elle a \u00e0 faire, \u00e0 comprendre, \u00e0 g\u00e9rer vis-\u00e0-vis d\u2019elle-m\u00eame pour retrouver un \u00e9tat d\u2019\u00e9quilibre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Le stress est essentiellement un syst\u00e8me d\u2019informations vis-\u00e0-vis de l\u2019\u00e9quilibre de la personne par rapport \u00e0 son environnement.
